The 10th Annual JJ's Hog RoastThat's Right! This year marks JJ's 10th Annual Hog Roast for Hospice, where we plan a day of fun to help raise awareness and donations for Hospice of the Red River Valley as well as other charitable organizations. We need your help to make our BIG 10 better than all the past years. ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?  Do you have ideas to contribute? We would love to hear what would guarantee your participation. ... And, of course we are keeping the hog roast dinner, silent auction, car show, and mud races.
JJ's 2024 Charitable DonationsIt's Official! 2024 is by far our biggest and best year thanks to all of our sponsors, donors, and patrons who swung out to JJ's 9th Annual Hog Roast for Hospice on August 10th. Your support helped us raise over $30,000 for Hospice of the Red River Valley and over $3,300 for the Fargo Roamers 4x4 Lions Club.  We came into 2024 with a goal to raise over $24,000 for HRRV, meaning that JJ's Hog Roast raised over $100,000 for Hospice of the Red River Valley over the last 9 years. This goal seemed out of reach, but we were hopeful. We are ecstatic to say that we broke that goal and then some... And we are not done yet.
Next year will be our BIG 10, and we want to make the day even bigger and better. We have some ideas in mind that we are already working on, but would love to hear your input. What would you like to see added to the event next year? JJ's Car Show WinnersWe had an amazing turn out in 2024 with all sorts of different cars and trucks. The Cboys brought over their mini trucks, Red River Triumph had their tent set up, and we even had a vehicle owned by an A-lister entered into the car show. All of this with some amazing weather made for one amazing day that we couldn't be more happy with. We hope you enjoyed swinging out. Danny McCoy's 1969 Camaro from "Las Vegas"That's Right! Josh Duhamel's 1969 Camaro from the TV show, Las Vegas, is here at JJ's Show and Shine. How Amazing is that?!?  Yes, We have had many BEAUTIFUL vehicles roll through over the years, but never one that was owned by an A-lister and used in a TV show, that I for one absolutely loved. And to know that the main character in the show was an actor from my home state of North Dakota made it even better.
