JJ's 2024 Charitable DonationsIt's Official! 2024 is by far our biggest and best year thanks to all of our sponsors, donors, and patrons who swung out to JJ's 9th Annual Hog Roast for Hospice on August 10th. Your support helped us raise over $30,000 for Hospice of the Red River Valley and over $3,300 for the Fargo Roamers 4x4 Lions Club.  We came into 2024 with a goal to raise over $24,000 for HRRV, meaning that JJ's Hog Roast raised over $100,000 for Hospice of the Red River Valley over the last 9 years. This goal seemed out of reach, but we were hopeful. We are ecstatic to say that we broke that goal and then some... And we are not done yet.
Next year will be our BIG 10, and we want to make the day even bigger and better. We have some ideas in mind that we are already working on, but would love to hear your input. What would you like to see added to the event next year?

JJ's 2024 Show and ShineSponsored by Muscatell Automotive and Red River Triumph Do you want an excuse to take your prized vehicle out for a nice cruise through the lakes, meet some fellow motor heads, and eat some delicious meat.?. All for a good cause! You're in luck!!!  Join us at JJ's 9th Annual Hog Roast for Hospice on Saturday, August 10th, 2024. The car and bike show runs from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Each vehicle will receive a JJ's 2024 koozie sponsored by Autowerks of West Fargo and A&T Mobile R.V. Service, which will enter you for prizes while keeping your favorite canned beverage cold. The entry fee is a suggested $15 donation to Hospice of the Red River Valley, and all vehicles are welcome. Bring your shiny muscle, beat-up rat, new and improved, cycle, tractor, or any crazy machine that you want to show off. Surprise us and show us that we haven't seen it all. Each vehicle will also receive a mini photo session, provided by Greg Locnikar Photography, upon entry and a 4x6" print before you leave. We are super excited to bring this event back again this year with high hopes to raise more money for Hospice of the Red River Valley than last year. That was over $15,000 if you forgot. This is a pretty huge feet, but we are positive that it's achievable with your help. How can you help, you ask?

JJ's HOG ROAST FOR HOSPICE August 12th & 13th, 2022 51943 County Hwy 9 - Pelican Rapids, MN (1/4 Mile North of Zorbaz on Pelican Lake) Show and Shine Car & Bike ShowAugust 13th - 11:00 am - 3:00 pmDo you have a vehicle that turns heads wherever you go? Register your car, truck, motorcycle or other awesome vehicle at this years Show and Shine Car & Bike Show on Saturday, August 13th. The recommended entrance fee is a $15.00 donation to Hospice of the Red River Valley. By entering a vehicle, you will receive a free 4 x 6" print of your vehicle along with a 7th Annual JJ's Hog Roast for Hospice can koozie, which enters you for door prizes. During the show, we will have a hog roast dinner, games, silent auction, free-will donation bar and more. Stick around after the show and enjoy music from No Guarantee, who will be taking the stage around 7:00.

Assisting Smoke My Butt BBQA big thank you needs to go out to Visto's Trailer Sales for lending Carl with Smoke My Butt BBQ a trailer for bringing supplies out to JJ's 5th Annual Hog Roast for Hospice last weekend. We had a great turnout and no one was left hungry due to your help with getting Carl's supplies out to the lakes. It's great to see so many local businesses doing what they can to help JJ's Hog Roast support Hospice of the Red River Valley each year.
Thank You Visto's!!!JJ's 2020 Show and Shine Awards Are In!We have been pretty happy with our car show awards in the past, but this year we stepped up our game with the help of Amity Technology. JJ's 2020 Show and Shine awards are cut out of stainless and will look AMAZING in any office, shop, or man cave. The only way for a chance to get your hands on one is to enter the 2020 Show and Shine Car & Bike Show this weekend!  All vehicles are welcome to enter JJ's Show and Shine Car and Bike Show. There is a $15 recommended donation as an entrance fee, and each vehicle entered will receive a free JJ's can koozie which enters you into a drawing to win a prize. You must be present to claim the prizes. Can't make it but still want to help?JJ's Hog Roast is Tomorrow!Tomorrow marks the kickoff of JJ's 5th Annual Hog Roast for Hospice. We are excited to get outside, have some fun, and see all of our friends from years past. I know I've been cooped up for too long. Things may be a little different this year, but we still have some great things happening from entertainment by Uptown Entertainment, our fourth Show and Shine with some amazing awards donated by Amity Technology, a mouth watering dinner served by Smoke my Butt BBQ, shirts on demand with Cre8tive TZ and more.

Everything this year will be outdoors, there will be hand sanitizing stations around the grounds, and food will be served through Smoke My Butt BBQ's food trailer. Masks Will Be Available!There will be free masks for those that need them, while supplies last, and we will have JJ's Hog Roast for Hospice masks and bandanas for sale, through Cre8tive TZ, with proceeds going to Hospice of the Red River Valley.
